Beech Wood Turned Fruit Bowl

Made locally from the clear-grained beech tree, this is a wide, low bowl, light in color with 2 darker exotic wood accent stripes at the rim. Great for display or a catch-all!

Measures 13.5" across x 3" high.

Segmented wood turned bowls are comprised of many dozens (if not hundreds!) of precisely cut, layered, and glued together pieces of wood turned on a wood lathe and sanded to perfect the end product. All wood used by this artist is natural (not stained) and either from local Northern Michigan trees or exotic species.
