Shipping & Returns
Most orders will process and ship in 1-3 days. During busy times, it may take slightly longer to ship your order. If you need something shipped out quickly, or shipped via express shipping, please contact us -- we're happy to help. We currently ship only to US addresses with standard shipping through our website. Some items may ship directly from the artist.
Shipping for all orders placed online is a flat rate of $8.95 per address (standard shipping only). If you're shipping gifts to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. We ship via insured UPS or USPS--you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Local pickup is also available, and we deliver locally for free within a few miles of downtown Harbor Springs.
AvailabilityWe do our best to keep our web inventory updated, but occasionally, we may be out of an item that shows as in stock. If this happens, we'll get in touch right away.
We hope that you love every purchase you make from us! However, in the event that you need to return an item, please contact us before shipping an item back or it may be refused. Returns for a refund are accepted up to 30 days after the original ship date. No returns are accepted after 30 days unless previous arrangements were made. Returned items must be unused in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging (if applicable). Refund or credit will not be issued for damaged or used items. Please pack well and insure and track your return! Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within five business days after receiving your return.
We do not issue refunds for gift certificates, candles, soaps, or lotions.
We do not exchange items--please return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like. In the event of a shipping error on our part, please get in touch asap and we'll take care of you!
***Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Damaged, Lost, and Undeliverable Packages
DAMAGE : Please unpack your package carefully as soon as you receive it. If an item is damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can start the claim process.
UNDELIVERABLE/REFUSED PACKAGES : A $25 fee per package will be assessed for all refused shipments, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges assessed from the carrier. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
A $10 fee per package will be assessed for all shipments that are re-routed or returned by the carrier due to an incorrectly entered address.
LOST PACKAGES : We insure all packages and will refund you if your package doesn't arrive, with the following stipulations :
1) you may have to fill out/sign a form stating that your package did not arrive.
2) for domestic mail shipments, insurance can't be claimed until 21 days after the shipping date. If you'd like a re-shipment before you receive your refund, please place a new order. We will then refund you for the first shipment when the insurance claim is processed.
3) insurance claims must be reported to us within 45 days of the shipping date or the claim can not be processed.
