Patterned Maple Wood Turned Vase with Cherry Accents

Short, wide wood turned vase made from local maple with a wide, patterned cherry accent stripe. Good for dried flowers or use as an accent piece.

Measures 7" across x 7.5" high.

Segmented wood turned bowls are comprised of many dozens (if not hundreds!) of precisely cut, layered, and glued together pieces of wood turned on a wood lathe and sanded to perfect the end product. All wood used by this artist is natural (not stained) and either from local Northern Michigan trees or exotic species.
