Tall Bird's Eye Maple Patterned Wood Turned Urn

Comprised of 325 separate pieces of curly maple, aspen, and walnut woods, this tall patterned urn is a great mantle or bookshelf addition. Segmented wood from local Northern Michigan tree species.

Measures 8" across x 12" high.

Segmented wood turned bowls are comprised of many dozens (if not hundreds!) of precisely cut, layered, and glued together pieces of wood turned on a wood lathe and sanded to perfect the end product. All wood used by this artist is natural (not stained) and either from local Northern Michigan trees or exotic species.
